How to Scam CCP

Orcas have a question…

When will Hateless release his next EvE video?

Hawk vowed to kill Orcas, until Hateless makes a video.

Why is an EvE Partner rewarded for doing nothing?

What is he paid for?

Is it griefing, when you are paid to play?

I’ve heard the allegations, and let me be clear. I would never encourage anyone to visit that discord. His content is boring, like watching a grown man play Starcraft PvE by himself.

Nor would I ever ask anyone to take screenshots. However, since people (not associated with me) are taking screenshots, I might as well discuss what is already in the public domain.

Discussion is not illegal.

The Orcas believe Hateless got them killed.

Some Orcas suspect Hateless is ganking them.

Many Orcas feel Hateless is mocking their distress.

They know he is at fault.

They know Hateless is condescending.

They know Hateless is dishonest.

Fortunately, Hateless has a solution.

This EvE Partner wants to break the rules.

Hateless encourages people to violate the Terms of Service.

So Lexii decided to scam CCP.

This is a 2008 character , with 5 accounts.

They literally brag about AFK mining.

They’ve been ganked, and they have ganked (repeatedly).

This person does not deserve reimbursement.

Today I suffered an irrecoverable loss due to ganker crews in high sec. I do not feel I can continue to enjoy this game at this point. If my ship and cargo were reimbursed, Ill consider staying, but I do not feel like having to grind…

Lexii exploited the reimbursement program.

Will CCP reimburse your loss?

Manic Griefing

Manic Velocity is full of it.

On his propaganda stream, Manic Velocity tried to create an echo chamber, in which the only allowed opinion is that gankers “want” salt and are “going for” salt. The implication is that gankers are griefers, because they are trying to provoke an emotional reaction. Although ganking is acceptable, griefing is not!

Ganking is fine, nobody has a problem with ganking, but gankers are griefers! Every carebear knows ganking is allowed, but it goes too far when ganking affects another player…

I watched the video again, to ensure I heard correctly. Manic said, “[Hateless] was salty… he was really upset. The fact that he was having this reaction on camera… that’s what the gankers were going for. That’s the reaction they wanted.” Those griefers!

I objected, asking how Manic Velocity knows what we want. He has never spoken to us, but claims mystical insight into our motivations. He then denied that he ever claimed this!

When I observed that he said otherwise, he banned me. This led to a debate over whether “good fight” is a malicious form of griefing, followed by a discussion of blowjobs and golden showers.

Seriously…

Fortunately, Brisc Rubal knows that other show is “weird as hell”, and agreed to actually talk to gankers.

I reccomend you listen to Globby, Joe, Jason, and Zaenis. Great guys! Some people wonder why I wasn’t there, but Queen Elizabeth didn’t have time for interviews, and neither do I. I’m busy ganking miners, but I was pleased to hear that people think I’m the best ganker, the cutest ganker, and the most vicious ganker in the game. That’s right!

Unlike carebear talk shows, the Meta Show doesn’t ban people, even though they disagree with the speakers. This creates a community with open discussion and reasonable debate.

When you actually talk to gankers, it’s hard to argue that gankers are griefers. This is why carebear talk shows have to ban gankers, because if you talk to us, we say things like “Ganking is good for new players…” and “Highsec miners are toxic…” These arguments are compelling, and any rational person will support us.

Ganking makes EvE a better game.

Fleablock wondered about the rumors.

Did Aiko serve in the Beeitnam War?

Who do you think organized the Perimeter Front?

Other people wanted to discuss Orcas.

Hawk intends to kill Orcas, until Hateless stops whining.

Will Highsec miners ever stop crying?

This might take awhile!

Miners are already complaining to Hateless.

Brisc Rubal brought our community together.

Gankers are opposed to genuine harassment: racism, sexism, and death threats. However, ganking is not actual harassment. Unfortunately, some people think ganking is griefing, because emotional streamers voluntarily share their absurd reactions.

What is the final verdict?

If you are a streamer, you are not exempt from PvP. So if you don’t want to be ganked on stream, then don’t stream! You are the one streaming, you are the one broadcasting your reaction to the entire galaxy, and nobody actually wants to watch your boring video.

More Hateless/TiS Drama

Everyone is talking about Hateful Hateless.

He’s mad about “stream snipe griefers”.

Several alliances are annoyed.

We all work hard to bring content to lonely miners.

It’s offensive to be called a “toxic griefer”.

Previously, I posted a screenshot from TiS.

Rahne objected to this.

Rahne Chocolate > I’m a moderator that got called out there, why didn’t you include the people we banned who told Hateless to kill himself or attacked his IRL? Seems pretty biased. Yikes
Rahne Chocolate > Dont publish a shit blog trashing me

She runs a “top” show, whereas I run a “shit” blog.

Rahne Chocolate > Top talk show of EVE thanks 😉
Rahne Chocolate > Start one of your own if you’re so salty about it

A lot of people think this shitty blog exists solely to promote my sick cult of narcissistic vanity. I honestly don’t know whether I should ignore Rahne’s complaint (and be guilty of ignoring it), or respond (and be guilty of mentioning Rahne). Yikes.

Ok, fine, let’s address the screenshot.

Rahne, I’m not trying to trash you, and I don’t know if you understand what was objectionable. Regardless, I’ve got no other way to explain, since I’m banned from your Discord. However, I suspect your co-anchor Nick Bison knows exactly what I’m talking about.

As you may know, this blog is called James315.space. It is an homage to the late great James 315, the most influential member of the Highsec mining community since Helicity Boson. After he died, I stole the alliance from George and John, much to the horror of Super Perforator. Obviously, when the dead ghost of James 315 says something on Twitch (it rarely happens), any response is likely to be screenshotted.

James is a conservative Texas law boomer, who sells propane and propane accessories. As a young intern, I enjoyed his engaging discussions by the vending machine, which inspired him to grief Highsec miners in order to feel better about consistently losing every argument.

Ultimately, James believed “snowflakes” are overly sensitive, and they are ruining EvE Online, because they cry when they are bumped. He fears that “woke” developers want to eliminate “griefing”, and this is the primary reason EvE’s player count has declined.

Is it biased to call James a boomer? Absolutely. I’m biased, and I know he’s a boomer. Old man can’t keep up with a zoomer like me!

Aiko’s original character appearance in spinoff blog GankerBumping.com

So I’ve explained why I would screenshot a reply to James 315, since we all love to see James get called out for being a boomer who never undocks. However, what about the context?

Let’s be real here. If you disagree with any TiS staff, including Matterall, Rahne, that weird guy, or especially grumpy LadyScarlet, you are gonna get banned. Everybody knows this.

I’ve tried to have polite conversations, and I’m always banned. Last year, I was banned because I disagreed with the claim that I encourage Highsec miners to commit suicide. More recently, I was banned for suggesting that TiS has unfair moderation.

With no possible way to engage in discourse with this “top” show, which repeatedly portrays me as a “griefer”, I have no choice but to write a “shitty” blog. I’m responding to what I can only describe as a consistent bias in favor of carebear PvE gameplay.

Talking in Stations has a board of directors, who dictate a message, and moderators who aggressively censor dissent. People are routinely banned, for making reasonable statements. Talking in Stations is the EvE equivalent of FOX news (or, as James would say, CNN).

What about the rest of Rahne’s complaint? What about the people who told Hateless to kill himself?

Rahne Chocolate > “baru_rugar: hey hateless have you ever thought of killing yourself?”
Rahne Chocolate > Literal quotes from folks in Twitch chat

I searched the chat logs, and I couldn’t find the comment. Regardless, I acknowledge that this is not acceptable. Hateless, I don’t want you to kill yourself. I just want you to stop mining.

During my investigation, I noticed that Baru Rugar was concerned about how Hateless defined griefing in nullsec. Indeed, Baru is not a member of my alliance (so don’t blame me for his alleged words). In fact, PLOT TWIST, he’s actually in a coalition with Hateless and Rahne!

This is what I’m talking about, when I say that Talking in Stations is judgmental, biased, and unreasonable. They banned me because they claim I tell people to commit suicide. However, when someone on their side of the fence actually does that (allegedly), their instinct is to blame me (yet again) instead of cleaning their own house.

Highsec gankers didn’t tell Hateless to kill himself, that was a member of his own coalition. This is yet another reason I believe Talking in Stations is just a TAPI/PAPI/NC. propaganda echo chamber.

DISCLOSURE: Talking in Stations is funded by Highsec Buyback.

Boring in Stations

Hateless went live, to discuss his theory of griefing, but I don’t recommend watching the show. Hateless had an opportunity to discuss griefing, but instead he droned on about his computer, his multibox setup, and bragged about how easy it is to avoid “griefers” whilst ratting in nullsec. As you can see, host Nick Bison fell asleep.

Hateless clarified that ganking and bumping are allowed gameplay mechanics, but gankers and bumpers are griefers.

In particular, he cited the precedent set by notorious roleplay griefers Zaenis Desef and Chance Ravinne.

As Hateless explained, bumping and ganking are totally ok, except when this inconveniences him.

The moderators could have engaged the debate, asking Hateless to define griefing, or discuss specific examples. They could have asked Hateless what he expects CCP to do, or how we can discern the subtle difference between “griefing” and “adverse gameplay”. They could have asked Hateless how anyone is “stream sniping” him, when he literally sits in the same system for months, doing the same repetitive tasks in the same exact location. Instead, they simply banned everyone who asked these questions, and allowed Hateless to talk to himself.

Hateless only cited one specific example of griefing.

He called my channel “horrendous”.

Supposedly, gankers trigger this toxicity.

Biased moderators banned all disagreement.

Hateless said he doesn’t want anyone to attack me, or go after me. However, I am his singular example of griefing, and griefers (ie: me) should be permanently banned from the game.

As evidence, he cited my blogpost about SSno1.

It is true, SSno1 quit the game.

However, he wasn’t “griefed” out.

In fact, I urged him to stay.

What Hateless doesn’t understand, is that my “victims” love Queen Aiko. They enjoy PvP. They enjoy losing the game. A lot of them enjoy it so much, that they swipe their credit cards and come back for more. I’m playing the game as intended, and that’s not griefing.

Hateless had some interesting ideas. For example, maybe CCP could make players in NPC corporations invulnerable to PvP?

Hateless, I know you are reading this.

You are a miner.

You aren’t concerned about griefing.

You just want easy risk-free money.

Maybe you should try a less challenging game?

What a Hateless crybaby

Believe it or not, but EvE Online is a PvP game. Players fight over resources, in a battle royale. As an analogy, consider the game Fortnite. In the image below, you can see a miner, harvesting ore.

Of course, there’s always a little cutie with a ponytail, who won’t hesitate to shoot a hapless miner.

Carebears whine and moan endlessly, complaining about those meanie “griefers” who engage in PvP. One crybaby recently gave me permission to share his tears with you.

Thank you Hateless.

Hateless sees no problem with “griefing” in nullsec, but he cries foul when someone touches him in Highsec.

I know what you are asking.

Earlier today, Adrian Vexier decided to bump an Orca.

I could have shot Hateless (again), but I was already shooting someone else, so the crybaby miner was perfectly safe. Ultimately, nobody ganked Hateless, but he is still crying.

Nobody shot Hateless. Nevertheless, the mere presence of another player was enough to “provoke an emotional response”. Hateless was frustrated that another player was playing the game. So he sat down next to his motorcycle, and quit his space “job”.

EvE Online “stream fleet” partners are coddled by CCP. They get free handouts, free plex, free skins, and free advertising. Apparently, it’s just not enough. Hateless merely wants to get paid for not playing, with no hassle from the other players.

Minerbumping is a timeless tradition. Consequently, I have no idea how Hateless can feel entitled to mine in Highsec, with a fleet of Hulks, and yet he throws a temper tantrum whenever someone bumps his Orca. What does he expect is going to happen?

Apparently, if you declare Highsec mining to be your “job”, then you can claim harassment because other players are interfering.

Hateless simps rallied to his defense.

New players deserve protection!

Everyone is discussing how to stop gameplay in a game.

Oh boohoohoo, the miner can’t maximize his isk/hr.

Honestly, CCP should stop enabling carebears.

Highsec miners should be banned from the Partner program.

They can go play a different game.

Seriously, just go.

It’s literally a game.

I will give the final word to Dex.

Tannia Got Ganked (again)

Every carebear knows that gankers enjoy griefer roleplay harassment. However, today we will consider another side of the story. Believe it or not, but some miners enjoy the attention.

When Tannia Voxx lost her Golem, she understood that it is important to purchase a mining permit.

As an AFK miner, Tannia was proud to purchase an AFK permit.

Alas, Tannia died again.

You might expect that she would be upset.

Fortunately, I did not ignore her emotional distress.

Like many miners, she enjoyed a prolonged cry.

Contrary to popular belief, miners are not griefed in the Why Was I Ganked? channel. Instead, they study space law.

Tannia had a lot of paranoid concerns.

Ultimately, she purchased a non AFK permit.

Tannia is ready to mine in style!

Yes, some people actually enjoy spending their money on ships that get blown up in a video game. They enjoy getting invited to an ingame channel, where they are told to calm down and send isk.

I love to help the little miners.

Her new corporation is happy to meet her.

THE TRUTH

As I continue to defend myself against the spurious allegation that I deliberately and intentionally invited miners to a channel, entitled Why Was I Ganked?, wherein I conspired with evil aforesight to tell such said miners to “calm down” all for the nefarious purpose of provoking an emotional reaction…

The truth is that I am innocent of ill intent.

A carebear might assume that I am a griefer, and that I am killing miners to prevent them from enjoying a free to play video game, harassing them both in game and in real life, all for the sole purpose of feeling better about the fact that I am a crazy cat spinster who still lives in my mother’s attic. However, there is a much deeper purpose which shows that I am truly engaged in EvE Online as a good CCP-fearing woman.

Yes, this blog was created to demonstrate before CCP, the community, impartial third-party observers, and the space UN that miners are not crying due to my inappropriate behaviour. In fact, as the evidence shows, miners are bad at a video game, and they are throwing grandiose temper tantrums to scam and deceive the Icelandic gods.

Furthermore, I am running a serious space business.

Last year, A bancy7 bought multiple lifetime mining permits.

Recently, I renegotiated our contract.

This isn’t griefing.

This is law and order.

Bancy needs a mixed doctrine permit.

Just read the original Code of new New Halaima.

You can’t mix Golems and Rattlesnakes, without a mixed permit!

I’m here to help.

What’s next? Retrievers and Covetors?

Recap

The last few months years have been a whirlwind.

I still remember when Raven x1 threatened to gangrape murder me. Subsequently, I learned that Kalvaen Voidwalker shot himself. Eventually, I also learned that Kalvaen was pretending. Meanwhile, I received emails encouraging me to cut my wrists and shoot myself. There was even a nice old man who suggested I light myself on fire. Finally, CCP concluded that I am harassing these poor innocents.

Searching for context, I reviewed the list of approved player character names. These include Dickbag McDickSucker, faglord faggerson, NaziMiner, Definiatel Racist Racist, Molesterman69 Rapeface, Jewed Auschwitz, Kill Yourself SrslyDoItNow, Ana-Lee Raped, pedofile pedobear, and niggniggniggniggniggnigg NiggNiggNigg. How can a modern corporation not be concerned about this? What did I do wrong, that was so terrible, which makes me the concern?

I tried to discuss this on an EvE Discord, which I thought was filled with reasonable adults. Unfortunately, these were just your typical carebears. They weren’t in the least bit concerned that EvE Online has a character called adolf-stalin-nigg3r jew-nigg3r. Nor were they concerned about IRL death threats.

The real concern, is that I tell miners to “Calm down.”

I find that argument utterly absurd.

Imagine playing Monopoly, and another player has a temper tantrum. You might say, “Calm down, shoe (or dog, or top hat, or car, or thimble). It’s just a game!” However, what if they flip over the board, ranting about how they are gonna cut you up, and send you to hell. As shocking as that might be, now imagine that you try to talk to someone about this, and they state, “Well, you did build a hotel on Boardwalk, and made the choice to charge rent. You clearly provoked this.”

I wonder if CCP will ban me, over an exaggerated complaint.

I question why I play EvE, and whether I should continue.

I suppose the only thing to do is continue ganking miners, and urging them to calm down. I don’t want them to murder me, but I also don’t like mining.

If I shoot them all, they might finally understand.

AFK is not safe.

Griefing and Harassment

GalactusGalactuss recently got in trouble for inappropriate language.

I don’t know what he said, but I bet it wasn’t that bad.

Previously, I discussed CCP’s haphazard enforcement of policies. Unfortunately, biased gamemasters do not enforce the rules fairly. Miners are often allowed to make IRL death threats, but gankers are sanctioned for saying “Calm down.”

Consequently, when crybaby Nick Steele lost his autopiloting spaceship, he knew exactly what to do. He whined to CCP, and reported the space bullies who harassed him. Naturally, CCP bought him a new Bhaalgorn.

Yes, Nick was the victim of my “ongoing” harassment.

If you want your ship replaced, you just need one email from me.

If you pay me, I will contact you, so CCP gives you free stuff.

Meanwhile, here are actual characters that CCP doesn’t threaten to ban.

Aiko Danuja Urine has an acceptable biography.

CCP takes allegations of harassment VERY seriously.

The GM team ensures EvE Online is a safe space!

We need to respect miners like I rapekids kids.

Gankers are not allowed to grief ChinkNigga and Chinkihate.

I was threatened with a permaban, for referring to an Autistic Retard.

CCP policies are enforced fairly for all players!

CCP doesn’t allow toxic language in this game.

As a Highsec ganker, I must always be on my best behaviour.

CCP holds me to a higher standard.

Calm down miner = griefer harassment roleplay.

Dumb N*ggggggggg*rrrrrrrrrrr = approved roleplay?

Sometimes, I wonder what CCP employees do all day.

One thing is for sure.

CCP employees should stop investigating me.

Just ban me, so I don’t upset valued customers.

Ya know?

It’s a great game, with great people!
